PURPOSE

 A specific bill denomination ($1 or $5) is not dispensing correctly.

PROCESS

1.  Release the cassette by pressing the small green eject button on the lower-right corner of the cassette face 
2. You can now pull the cassette straight out.
   • 
3. Look at the top of the cassette. You will see four slots identified by the letters A, B, C, and D. 
4. Check to make sure you see magnets at positions A and D.
   • 
5. If the magnets are in any position other than A and D
6. Open the bill cassette lid and remove the two screws securing the metal plate. 
7. Then, move the magnets to A and D and reattach the plate.
