How to install Magnetic gate
PURPOSE
Use the steps below to install a Magnetic Gate.
PROCESS
Wiring
- Gate Loop (A) – Used for the Gate Loop in front of the gate to let it know the car has passed and can now close.
- Merge Loop (B) – Used for sites who have a proximity loops to help manage multiple gates.
- Proximity Loop (C) – Used to let the XPT Kiosk know when a vehicle has pulled up to it.
- Empty/Spare (D) – Normally not used and will remain empty as a spare.
- Network Port – Used for the network cable.
Navigation
- To move through the gate menu, use the following:
- Square: Cancel/Back
- When you click the Square, it lets you view the settings but not change them.
- Up: Move up
- Down: Move down
- Circle: Select/Enter/Edit
- When you click the Circle, you can change the gate settings.
