How to install the Aftercare computer inside the enclosure

The purpose of this document is to explain how to install the After Care Station computer inside of the After Care Station enclosure.
PROCESS
- The Dell Micro PC should be received imaged and ready to be installed inside of the After Care Station enclosure.
- Unlock the After Care Station enclosure

- Flip the vertical bracket on the door and slide it outwards.
- Dismount the vertical bracket on the door with a 10 mm socket/ratchet.
- Slide bracket inward to keep Monitor in place.
- Once the vertical bracket is removed grab Dell Bracket and mount it to the vertical bracket with the screw facing inward.
- Mount bracket high enough so can also install the additional part of the dell bracket that holds the power supply.
- Follow this step only if you are NOT hardwiring it: Install the 3-prong electrical plug (see below on how to wire a 3-prong plug).
- Plug it in and see if the surge protector turns on (the internal fans should turn on as well).
- Turn off the surge protector.
- Install the Dell Micro PC into the bracket.
- NOTE: Mounting bracket is pictured on the left.

NOTE: The U mount should be at 6 U’s.
- Plug in the USB, HDMI, and power adapters into the Dell Micro PC.
- Plug in the power adapter into the surge protector.
- Then, plug in the monitor power cable into the surge protector.
- Turn on the surge protector.
- Below is what the inside of the After Care Station should look like:
- The device should power up and load the Operating System.
- Contact MisterIT once this has been completed so we can help install touch screen drivers (Displax), configure, and test touch screen, and confirm that everything is working.
- NOTE: If the touch screen isn’t working, follow step 19.
- Only if touch screen isn’t working: Remove the 10 MM bolts on the vertical mount from the top and bottom (circled in red).
- The next 10 MM bolts you will remove are circled in red.
- These 10 mm bolts allow for adjustment for the monitor with the ACS screen.
- The monitor and Armagard screen need to be flush for touch screen to work.
