Aftercare user guide

PURPOSE

The purpose of this document is to show the instructions on how the After Care Station works at Interior Clean - Flex locations. 

NOTE: Please do not use this document until Mister IT has been contacted to correctly configure the software.


PROCESS

  1. Open the VQ app on the Desktop.
  2. Once it opens, you will need to log in with your employee code.
  3. The Main Menu will appear. Click “Visual Queue”.
  4. Click “Options” on the top right corner to change the ticket queue. 
  5. Click “Change Queue” until it says “Full Service Tickets” on the top left hand corner.
  6. Customers that will be receiving Interior Clean services will appear on the screen. Once their car has been cleaned, click on the image, and then click “Clear Car” to remove it from the queue. 
    • NOTE: The outlined green images in the queue mean they are recent customers that want an interior clean, while outlined red images mean they have been in the queue too long without being cleared.
