Troubleshoot no image on send station

PURPOSE

Troubleshoot the Visual Queue (VQ) that does not have images on it.


PROCESS

  1. “No Image” pictures with a crossed-out circle icon could be vehicles that were sent from the POS terminal, which do not have a camera and would be unable to send an image to VQ.

  2. If you are still experiencing the problem, check the IT Cabinet Network Switch and ensure the Visual Queue camera (VQ CAM) cable is securely plugged in. 
    • NOTE: Use the guide below the cables to identify the VQ CAM cable (in the example below, VQ CAM is plugged into Port #17).  
  3. Check the VQ CAM cable connection inside the gate. 
    1. Unlock the gate and open the front panel. 
    2. The VQ CAM cable should be plugged in (pictured below).
      • NOTE: There will be unused cable ends, which is normal. 
      • WARNING: DO NOT attempt to plug anything into the unused cable ends.
