How to repair/replace Micrologic tablet PURPOSE This document explains how to repair or replace a broken MLA Tablet, most common reason for repair is screen damage. PROCESS Create a Mister IT support ticket, include the following: Picture of the front of the tablet Picture of the back of the tablet with the battery removed. Mister IT will communicate with MLA on behalf of the store for the repair/replacement. Micrologic will send the store a call tag pickup label. The store MUST box the tablet and send it back to MLA with the provided call tag, promptly Upon receipt MLA will inspect the tablet. NOTE: If there is no other damage, MLA will replace the screen in a few days. WARNING: If there is additional damage found, MLA will contact the store and provide a quote for repairs. IMPORTANT: The repair time will depend on the type of damage. After repairs are made MLA will ship the tablet back to the store. Upon store receipt inspect the tablet and verify the repairs.
