Troubleshoot tablet stuck in safe mode

Troubleshoot a store tablet that is stuck in Safe Mode.

Connect a USB keyboard to the tablet
- Or bring up the touch keyboard by holding the "Show hidden icons" up arrow in the bottom right and selecting "Show touch keyboard button"
Press the Windows + R keys together to open the Run box.
Type msconfig in the box and click OK to continue.
In the pop-up window complete the following:
1. Click the Boot tab. 
2. Uncheck the option "Safe boot" option
3. Check the option "Make all boot settings permanent".
4. Click Apply
5. Click OK to save the changes.
Exit all program and restart computer.
