PURPOSE 

Instructions for opening outlook on an iPad with or without the outlook app installed.. 

PROCESS 

1. Open internet Browser
2. Visit https://outlook.office365.com  
3. Login using your Mister Email and Password. 
   • 
4. You will then be brought to your Outlook mailbox where you have full access to your mailbox, groups and calendars. 
5. You can save this website onto your home page on whichever mobile device you are using by doing the following: 
   1. Safari Web Browser
      1. On an iPhone, using the Safari web browser: 
      2. Select the Share button on the bottom of the page. 
         •  
      3. Then select the option to Add to Home Screen 
         •  
      4. This will add the webpage to your Home Screen, and you can access it by simply selecting it. 
   2. On an Android device:
      1. On your Android web browser, locate the icon that looks like three vertical dots. 
         •  
      2. Select Add to Home screen and select Add. 
         •  
   3. Install Outlook Email on iOS (Apple) device. 
      1. Once access to the home screen is made, tap on the settings app. 
         •  
         •  
      2. If you are on iOS version 10 or below your screen options will look like the above picture in which you will select the option “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”.   
      3. **If you are on the latest iOS software (iOS 12 or above), please reference the picture below in which the option will be “Passwords & Accounts” **

      4. After choosing correct iOS options, you will now select “Add Account”. 
         •  
      5. Tap on the “Other” option. 
         • 
      6. Tap “Add Mail Account” 
         •  
      7. Enter the proper credentials for the account. 
         •  
      8. Tap “Save” in the top right corner.  Allow it to verify and complete.
