Troubleshoot WIFI on an iPad

PURPOSE 

Troubleshoot the Wi-Fi connection on the iPad’s. 


PROCESS 

  1. Tap the ‘Settings’ Application on the home screen of the iPad.  
    •  
  2. Tap ‘General’ on the right side of the screen then hit ‘Reset Network Settings’. 
    •  
  3. Confirm the ‘Reset’. 
    •  
  4. Enter the 4 digit passcode (same passcode used to unlock the iPad).  The iPad will now restart itself.

  5. Once the iPad has finished restarting, return to the home screen and tap on the App ‘Settings’.

  6. Tap ‘Wi-Fi’, on the right side of the screen you will be able to select ‘MCWSecure’
  7. If connection is unsuccessful, please contact Mister IT for further troubleshooting
