How to Schedule an Appointment with Mister IT (Booking)
PURPOSE
Mister IT uses Microsoft Bookings to collaborate with team members to get their Service Desk tickets resolved on a date and time that works best for them.
This guide walks you through how to book, cancel, reschedule, and join an appointment.
PROCESS
Book Appointment
- Navigate to IT Connect and follow the Steps for submitting a ticket.
- After the ticket is created you will receive an email with the subject line: Service Desk Ticket #INC-XXXXX Has Been Created.
- Schedule an Appointment with Mister IT by going HERE
- When the page loads, at the top select an option:

IT Support – Non-Store is for all issues relating to individual equipment, such as laptops, employee emails, etc.

IT Support – Store for all issues relating to IT equipment at a Mister store, such as kiosks, tablets, send station, etc.

NOTE: There can be additional selections available and vary depending on current projects.

- Next, pick a date and time that works best to work on the issue.

NOTE: Available times will not be displayed until the previous step is completed.

IMPORTANT: The times that are displayed are in AZ Time Zone, please confirm availability before booking.

(Optional)If you have been working with a specific IT Technician you may select them from the staff list
- It will show if they are available during the selected Date/Time.

- Enter your details:
- First and Last Name (Required)
- Email Address (Required)
- Any additional notes (Optional)

- Provide some additional information:
- Site # (Required)
- Cell # (Required)
- Ticket # (Required)
- On-Site Contact (Optional)

- When all information is completed, click Book at the bottom of the page.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email provided

- Example Email

- A calendar appointment will also be added to your email calendar.
Cancel Appointment

NOTE: If an appointment is within 2 hours of scheduled time it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Sometimes it is necessary to cancel an appointment.
- Find and open the appointment confirmation email.
- Click “Reschedule”.
- On the appointment details page, select “Cancel booking”.
- Confirm you would like to cancel by clicking “Cancel booking”.
- Your appointment will be cancelled.
Reschedule Appointment

NOTE: If an appointment is within 2 hours of scheduled time it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- If you cannot make the appointment but still need it you may reschedule to another day/time
- Open your appointment confirmation email.
- Click “Reschedule”.
- On the appointment details page, select “Reschedule”.
- Select a new date and time
- Click "Update Booking" to confirm
Join a Scheduled Booking

TIP: Join from your phone or iPad so the camera can be used to help Mister IT see what is happening in real time.
- There are two methods to join an appointment:

First Method - Email Confirmation
Second Method - Calendar
- Find the email confirmation
- In the middle of the page, click the "Join your appointment" button.
- Open your email calendar
- Find and click on the appointment
- Click on "Join"
- After either method, it will open a Microsoft Teams Meeting
- Click on "Join Now" to join the meeting
- The IT Technician will join and provide support for the issue reported.
