How to balance a BFT gate arm

PURPOSE

You need to adjust the BFT gate arm.

PROCESS

Put the gate in manual mode.
Open the side panel.
You will see a big spring with a long, oval metal bracket. Loosen the bolt at the top of the bracket.
Twist the entire metal piece (shown above in the red box) and tighten it until it sits at 45 degrees with no assistance.
