PURPOSE

You forgot or need to reset your Hotshop password.

PROCESS

1. Browse to Hotshop
   • NOTE: Your login is not your email address and your password is different from your email password.
2. On the login screen, select Login Assistance
   • 
3. You will be redirected to retrieve your username and/or password
   • 
4. Enter your username in the Forgot Password text box and click Forgot Password.  
   • 
5. This will send an email to you with instructions on resetting your Hotshop password.
   • 
6. Click the Reset your password link in the email and follow the directions to reset your Hotshop password
7. If you do not know your username, enter your Mister email in the email text box and click Forgot User Name.  
   • This will send an email to you with links and instructions to reset your password.

NOTE: This can take up to 5 minutes and comes from "Mister Car Wash Notifications"
