PURPOSE

This document is a walk-through guide on how to run the Auto-Updater for the LogicPOS software on the tablets and POS terminals. 

NOTE: This procedure will need to be run on the POS terminal and each tablet individually.

PROCESS

1. Log into the POS or tablet
2. On the top left, is the version # (ex. LogicPOS v19.03.03)
   • 
3. Double tap on this text to receive a prompt for the Admin Code. 
4. Enter “5206154000” and that will engage the Auto-Updater.
5. A prompt will show asking if to update. Select YES.
   • 
6. A progress bar will display the current install progress.
7. When completed, the software will restart and be ready to use on the new version.
8. Verify everything is still functional.
9. If no update is required, you will be prompted with "No update found."
