PURPOSE

You need to trouble shoot your computer because windows is displaying a blue screen during startup.

PROCESS

1. Windows may automatically restart after displaying a blue screen. 
2. You may also get a Windows startup menu upon reboot. 
   • If you do, choose 'Start Windows Normally' and see if the problem goes away. It may be a one time glitch.
3. If Windows hasn't automatically restarted after displaying a blue screen, 
4. press the Ctrl & Alt & Del keys on your keyboard at the same time to restart the machine. 
5. You may need to press and hold the power button on the machine to force it to turn off. 
6. Switch it back on and, 
7. if you get a Windows startup menu upon reboot, 
8. Choose 'Start Windows Normally' and see if the problem goes away.
9. If problem persists create a Mister IT Support Ticket.
