PURPOSE

You need to troubleshoot your computer because you are experiencing issues with Microsoft Office.

PROCESS

1. Right-click the Start button and select Apps and Features on the pop-up menu.
   • 
2. Select Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise and click Modify.
   • 
3. In the Microsoft pop-up window, select Quick Repair and click Repair.
   • 
4. Select Repair.
   • 
5. It will then repair. 
6. Once it is done repairing, you will see a “Done repairing!” message. 
7. Click Close and try using Microsoft Office again.
