DRB XPT 2.0 Kiosk benefits and overview

PURPOSE

This document provides an overview of the XPT retrofit kit, which will replace the XPT door hardware and internal parts with the same equipment used in Mister kiosks.

PROCESS

BENEFITS

The larger, brighter screen is significantly easier for customers to see and interact with.
Improved layout of door hardware means customers won’t have to struggle to reach the credit card reader and barcode scanner.
The kit features faster and more robust hardware, including a new computer, temperature sensor, and power supply.
Standardized parts will make it easier to repair your kiosk in the future.
Below is a picture that shows what the XPT will look like after it has been retrofitted.

PARTS LIST

XPT Retrofit Door with Decals
EMV Credit Card Reader Mounting Plate—you will receive one of two mounting plates (iUC 285 or Self 4000) depending on which type of credit card reader the kiosk has
Remote Temperature Sensor— measures and monitors the temperature inside the kiosk
Shuttle PC—compact computer that controls the kiosk
Shuttle PC Power Supply—separate box and cable to provide power to the Shuttle PC
Cables
DIN Rails Kit—set of metal rails used to securely mount the Shuttle PC inside the kiosk (includes mounting bracket and screws)
