How to verify Mister Tablet camera driver version

PURPOSE

Follow the steps below to check the camera and driver update on tablets.


PROCESS

  1. Click the Windows Start button and search “File Explorer”.
  2. Select “This PC”  and click “Windows C:”.
  3. Click the “IT” folder.
  4. Open “MisterITUpdateLog”.
  5. Look for the “Camera and Driver Update” line.
    • NOTE: If the file does not exist, it is because the update is missing. 
    • Please contact Mister IT for the update and provide the site tablet number.
    • WARNING: Tablet needs to be on and in the docking station for update.
