While working at Mister®, you are expected to follow our uniform and appearance guidelines so together we can look great, feel great, stay safe, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Customers bring one of their most expensive and important possessions to our stores, and we want them to feel comfortable entrusting their cars to us. We are professional car washers and your uniform and appearance should reflect that. By looking clean, tidy, and professional, we tell our customers that we respect them and will take good care of their vehicle. Wear your uniform with pride and remember that the most important part of the Mister uniform is a smile!
Mister expects all employees to exercise appropriate judgment with regard to personal appearance, dress, and grooming to be most effective in the performance of their workplace duties. The company recognizes that personal appearance is an important element of self-expression and strives not to control or dictate appropriate employee appearance, specifically with regard to jewelry or tattoos worn as a matter of personal choice.
In keeping with this approach, Mister allows reasonable self expression through personal appearance, unless a) it conflicts with an employee’s ability to perform his or her position effectively or with his or her specific work environment, or b) it is regarded as offensive or harassing toward co-workers or others with whom Mister conducts business and has contact with employees.
