PURPOSE

The document explains how to activate the Panasonic Cordless Phone and pair with the base.

PROCESS

Activate the Phone

1. Turn on the Panasonic handset that was included with the base unit.
   • NOTE: The included handset is already paired with the base.  All other handsets need to be paired to the base and activated individually.
2. Type any number on the handset and press the green Call button.
   • 
3. The announcement will request you enter the activation code for the base.
4. Enter the activation code you received
   • NOTE: The code will looks similar to this: 2931 2692 8161

Preparing the Base

1. Press and hold the handset locator button for about 3 seconds
   • NOTE: It can be found on the side of the base unit.
   • 
2. That status indicator on the base unit will slowly flash red
   • 

Pairing the Handset

1. After the base has been prepared
2. On the handset hold down the OK button until it is paired
   • 

Un-Pairing the Handset

1. On the handset go to "Menu"
   • 
2. Select "Setting Handset"
   • 
3. Select "System Option"
   • 
4. Select "Cancel Base" and click "OK"
