How to find the serial number on a Polycom desk phone

You need to find and provide the serial number for your Polycom phone.
PROCESS
- The 14-digit serial number is normally listed on the back of the phone.
- Alternatively, you may also follow these steps to locate the serial number through the settings.
- Press the Home Button
- Select Settings
- Select Status
- Select Platform
- Select Phone
- The Serial number is listed here.
